Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter, Professional, and Business include a 14-day free trial at checkout. You’ll add a card to start the trial — you won’t be charged until day 15, and you can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard and you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months.
How are digital cards billed?
Every account includes 1 free digital card (wallet-ready; the public page may show ads). Extra cards are paid seats you can add on any plan — pricing scales down as the bundle grows: 1 card £1.99/mo, 3 cards £3.99/mo, 5 cards £5.99/mo, 10 cards £11.99/mo, 25 cards £29.99/mo, 50 cards £45.99/mo, 75 cards £49.99/mo, 100 cards £59.99/mo. Each interval has a yearly equivalent that saves ~17%. You can mix bundles, change them later, and view current usage in Settings → Billing. Each plan also sets a maximum total number of active cards.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Starter and above can export scans, clicks, and contacts as CSV. Professional adds PDF reports, and Business and Enterprise include full JSON exports via the API.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. Snapnlink is operated by JVR Consulting Ltd in the UK, processes data lawfully under UK and EU GDPR, and offers a DPA on request. See our GDPR page for details.
How does VAT work?
Prices on this page are exclusive of VAT. UK customers are charged 20% VAT. EU customers can provide a valid VAT ID to apply the reverse charge. VAT receipts are available from your billing portal.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. Switch from Settings → Billing at any time. We'll credit any unused portion of your current monthly subscription against the annual invoice.
Do you support team management and roles?
Yes — Starter and above include organizations with role-based access (owner, admin, editor, viewer). Need SAML SSO or SCIM? Contact sales — we deliver those as custom enterprise work.
Do Apple Wallet and Google Wallet work on the free card?
Yes. Your free digital card can be added to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Free cards may show ads on the public landing page — upgrade or buy an ad-free seat to remove them.
What if my usage spikes one month?
We don't throttle for occasional spikes — extra cards or feature usage just roll into add-on charges on your next invoice. If you expect a large, sustained increase, talk to sales for a custom plan.
